What's Cholesterol? What's HDL and LDL?

Cholesterol Chart - Have you checked your cholesterol lately?
Cholesterol readings are often broken down into different categories, including total cholesterol, low-density lipoproteins (LDL) or "bad" cholesterol, high-density lipoproteins (HDL) or "good" cholesterol, and triglycerides. Check out these charts for heart-healthy cholesterol ranges.

Body mass index is a ratio between your weight and height. If you have a high body mass index, you may face an increased risk of developing high blood pressure, heart disease, high blood cholesterol, diabetes, stroke, certain cancers and more.
